Ross James
Chief Executive Officer

Ross has 30 years at the forefront of the ITC industry. His contribution has included creating one of the first computer manufacturers in Taiwan, distributing quality products into the UK, Central Europe, Scandinavia and USA. He has extensive experience of developed export markets throughout USA, South EastAsia and Europe as well as online business strategies and applications locally and around the globe. Ross was deeply involved in the Application Service Provider(ASP) market during the 1990’s, which gave him extensive experience in client server computing and the next generation of utility and cloud computing. During the early stages of Internet adoption he was instrumental in developing distributed technologies to support low bandwidth capacity even with thick client applications. Ross has always been a natural leader, and especially in the technology arena, where he has been able to consistently see market opportunities and to develop new businesses ventures to fill the market gaps.
Amit Pau
Chief Operating Officer

Amit is a seasoned technology, media and telecommunications executive with over 20 years’ experience underpinned by a successful track record of building and funding over half a dozen companies through from IPO to profitable exit. Amit has also held roles in major international companies including as Global MD of Vodafone’s Fortune 500 Business Unit and serving on the Board of Vodafone Spain (whilst listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange). At Vodafone, he created Vodafone Global Product Management and Channel BU, generating over £1 Billion of revenue within two years. Amit was also instrumental in creating strategic OEM partnerships for Vodafone with BMW, Dell, IBM and Hewlett Packard.
He has also served on the board of twelve international companies listed on the Stock Exchanges in London, Madrid and Israel, as well as boards of private companies in Norway, Belgium and the UK.
Dominic McVey
Non Executive Director & Specialist ESG Advisor

Dominic is a leading British entrepreneur with significant experience in building sustainable enterprises internationally, as well as serving as an adviser to governments, businesses and non-profits around the world. He currently sits on the Advisory Council of the Coalition for Global Prosperity, a not-for-profit founded by Bill and Melinda Gates.
Dominic began his career at an early age, importing micro-scooters from the United States to the United Kingdom becoming Britain’s youngest self made millionaire at 15. For his achievements, he was appointed by the Queen as a ‘Pioneer for Britain in Entrepreneurism’ at 18.
In 2013, he invested in and was appointed Chairman of Sri Lanka based Hela Clothing. Under Dominic’s leadership, Hela has grown to generate almost $200 million in revenue employing 15,000 people directly in Ethiopia, Kenya and Sri Lanka. As part of the expansion, Dominic led collaborations with brands including The North Face, Lee, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Speedo, Tesco and Michael Kors.
He now holds a non-executive role at Hela, alongside advisory roles for other companies, charities and institutions including the British Government’s Department for Trade and Industry and Department for Education; the Irish Government’s Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation; Computer Aid International; and the Captive Minds Communications Group.
